Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Scheduling Policy Blades of Grace Landscaping LLC strives to provide dependable, professional service while maintaining an efficient schedule for all customers! Plan Cancellation: Service plans may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges only and does not entitle the customer to a refund for services already completed. Existing terms governing recurring plans remain in effect. Services already rendered, labor performed, travel, and reserved scheduling time cannot be refunded. Blades of Grace Landscaping LLC Contract of Service.docx Missed Appointments & No Access: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled visit. If our crew arrives and is unable to perform the scheduled service due to circumstances within the customer’s control, the visit will be considered completed and charged as scheduled. Examples include, but are not limited to: - Locked gates or inaccessible property. - Aggressive or unsecured pets. - Vehicles, trailers, or equipment blocking work areas. - Customer unavailable for appointments requiring access or approval. - Utility services required for the scheduled work are unavailable. - Cancellation or rescheduling requested less than 24 hours before the appointment. Weather Delays: Customer safety and quality workmanship are our priority. If weather or unsafe site conditions prevent service, there will be no penalty or additional charge to the customer. The missed visit will be rescheduled for the earliest available opening based on route availability and scheduling. Weather-related delays do not constitute a breach of contract and are not grounds for refunds or cancellation penalties. Scheduling: While customers may request preferred service days, Blades of Grace Landscaping LLC cannot guarantee exact arrival times. Routes may be adjusted due to weather, emergencies, equipment issues, or operational needs. Customers will be notified of significant scheduling changes whenever reasonably possible.
